WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY


HANDBAGS, SMALL LEATHER GOODS & TECH ACCESSORIES

The variations of colour and texture give to the leather its beauty so much esteemed. Some leathers are skating and will probably darken. Please refer to the care instructions for information on maintaining your handbag or small leather item.

Handbags, small leather goods and purchased accessories are covered by a one-year limited warranty, from the date of original receipt (provide proof of purchase).

Regarding the procedure for manufacturing defects concerning orders placed online on our site:

Visible manufacturing defects must be notified on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery. Any claim made after this period will not be valid.

If in the month following the date of purchase, the handbag, the item of small leather goods is defective in material or workmanship under normal conditions of use, we undertake to repair or fail to replace without charges by an identical product or, failing that, a comparable product. If a handbag, a defective small leather item is replaced, the original item will not be returned to the customer.

1 - Contact us via our contact form or by writing to: sav@graffity-paris.fr indicating the number of your order and your full name.

2 - If a manufacturing defect is found, you can send us your article (colissimo suivi) to:

 GRAFFITY - 21 rue Presles - 93300  Aubervilliers - FRANCE

 The item will be repaired free of charge or exchanged (exchange if new item, unworn, in its original packaging) and will be returned, at the expense of GRAFFITY.

 There will be no repair or exchange if the problem results from accidental damage, improper use of a product or solvent or abnormal use of the item.

 If despite our best efforts we were unable to repair the product or replace it with a comparable product, you have the right to return the product and terminate the agreement; the full price paid will be refunded.

 Beyond one month, the article will be repaired or otherwise exchanged. It may be subject to a credit valid for one year but the item can not be refunded.

* Procedure for repair requests made in the year following the date of purchase on the E-shop:

1 - Contact us via our contact form or by writing to: sav@graffity-paris.fr not forgetting to indicate the number of your invoice or order, your full name, and if possible a photo of the problem found.  

2 - If your request is validated by our specialized team, send us your article to:

 No repairs may be made to an item that has suffered accidental damage, improper use of a solvent, or abnormal use of the item.

3 - The article will then be repaired free of charge and returned by colissimo followed to its owner, at the expense of GRAFFITY.

Replacement of metal parts & leather tabs For any defect concerning metal parts, accessories or leather tongues, please contact us directly via our contact form or at sav@graffity-paris.fr

Conditions and exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by color transfer, accidents, improper use, or modifications, maintenance or repairs made by an entity other than Graffity Sarl.

Please note that Graffity agrees to pay the costs associated with returning the defective product for repair or replacement.
